  • 3 Top Rated CrossFit Training Shoes

Rating the top CrossFit shoes is challenging due to the industries niche defined emphasis in the workout market. For an example, there are workout enthusiasts that just do CrossFit classes, who need one kind of shoe, and those who create their own workouts focused on achieving personal goals who need a different kind of performance shoe. I wouldn't want to run trails in a court shoe or play tennis in a running shoe. The amount of ankles turned and toenails lost must be in the hundreds. As you can see, this means that there isn't a one shoe fits all. The CrossFit shoe is the closest you are going to get to a multi-exercise training shoe. It is so important to try different styles and fits of shoes to find the right one. The most common mistakes people make is buying a shoe that is not designed for the workout you are about to undertake, and not paying attention to your feet shape. The CrossFit shoes compared in this article are but a few that could be the perfect fit for you. Lets begin. The Reebok Nano X4 The Reebok Nano X4 is an excellent performer when lifting weights. This includes squatting, lunges, or any CrossFit weighted exercise. It offers great stability in all situations, and has an extremely comfortable upper. It's one of the best training shoes of the year. It’s not great for running distances, but it can handle enough plyometrics and sprinting to work well for CrossFit. It’s a versatile shoe that’s dependable and should be at the top of the list for any serious gym goer. Reebok has upgraded the Nano series in the X4. There is a dome in the heel that compresses for stability when lifting, and expands for support during explosive exercises. They have added a redesigned heel clip for extra support.  As mentioned above, the upper has been redesigned with a new Flexweave knit for breathability. This material gives the impression of being more durable than the X3’s more fabric-y weave. There is more room in the toe box than before. Despite this, the shoe still locks your heel in place effectively, unlike several other CrossFit shoes, so there is no unwanted movement during running, rowing and burpees. These CrossFit shoes are rated very high on many different health and fitness platforms and has an average of a 4.2 to 4.5 approval rate among CrossFit enthusiasts. Buy yours here: https://amzn.to/3CjmQyQ Nike Metcon 9 The Nike Metcon 9 is the best cross-training shoe for wide feet, which I have. This shoe has great durability because of the wrap-around guard that extends into the lateral and medial sidewall. This feature gives the Metcon 9 sturdiness for static lifts, but it also serves as a great gripping surface for rope climbs. Nike’s newest, the Metcon 9 , feels like the company has created the peak CrossFit shoe. This shoe feels like it was built from the ground up for the Sport of Fitness. It has a rope guard that wraps around the entire midfoot. This robust rope guard not only provides excellent protection from abrasion on rope climbs but also delivers excellent grip. The shoes combination of lateral heel stability and extremely flexible forefoot helps deliver cross-discipline utility, A tightly woven textile upper and wide toe box deliver a stable and comfortable fit. the shoes’ dual-density midsole absorbs the impact from box jump overs and broad jumps. In short, this shoe feels like every component was made for a CrossFit movement, and the effort definitely pays off.  They are heavier than many options on this list but, like any good CrossFit athlete, the Nike Metcon 9 can do almost everything very, very well.  Get yours here: https://amzn.to/3ChLZdc New Balance Women's Minimus TR BOA V1 Cross Training Shoe The New Balance Minimus TR Boa V1 is one of the more stylish shoes of this round’s additions from New Balance. The minimus is an excellent deadlift shoe because of its has no drop so it has excellent floor contact. An interesting feature about this shoe is the integrated tongue, making the Minimus a good option for wearing without socks. They are also a great all-around functional fitness shoe. Lightweight and highly breathable, with great traction and excellent style, the Minimus would make an awesome transition shoe and is well suited for CrossFit training. The Minimus has a solid, stable base that will support you through heavy weight exercises. The flat outsole provides even pressure throughout your feet to help you balance. This shoe's CrossFit-friendly features include rubber rope guards at the midfoot and heel clips, plus a soft lining that allows you to slip them on easily. The Minimus TR also has a rounded toe box that won't cramp your toes. Weighing just 6 ounces, this pair is very lightweight and breathable —for a sneaker so comfortable, you might forget you're wearing it. Some wearers have found that these shoes run small—considering ordering one size up from your usual for the right fit. Overall, this shoe is good for fitness class, and gym workouts. I would not say this is a good shoe for walking or running distance because it is not cushy like my running shoes. Order shoe here: https://amzn.to/4h2WBff

  • New Balance Women's FuelCell Shift Trainer Cross

Get shoes here: https://amzn.to/40EWYH5 Soon after I started doing CrossFit, I quickly realized that the shoe matters. I would normally get the cheapest discount training shoes and head to the gym. All that changed when my feet, ankles, and knees started to let me know otherwise. Now I know better, and I am searching for that perfect training shoe. Let me introduce you to a CrossFit shoe that has received a lot of praise in the CrossFit community. The New Balance FuelCell Shift Trainer Cross is becoming very popular among CrossFit enthusiasts. This is due to its comfortablity. It is not unusual for people to buy two pairs, one for workouts, and the other for walking around. The shoe is perfect for HIIT workouts. These shoes support the ankles and cushion the heel, but remain sturdy. They are perfect for lifting and jumping rope as well as burpees, squats and lunges. They have a firm sole and are not so cushioned that your feet will flop around and slide in the shoe. Too much room in a CrossFit shoe during movements could cause injury. They are very springy and light. They stay in place when doing bear crawls and jumps. This makes them an excellent shoe. They are the most lightweight sneakers thus far. They come in wide to accommodate my feet which is great. I love the vibrant colors of this shoe, and the price tag is very reasonable! I have noticed that they can run small, so consider ordering the shoe a half or full size bigger. You can comment on my review. I would like to know if they are sized right. Thank you. • Avia Avi-Verge Mens Sneakers - Cross Trainer

Here you go: https://amzn.to/4h4VqMc The Avia Avi-Verge Mens Sneakers - Cross Trainer reminds me of the original cross trainer shoe. This was before the new synthetic materials hit the workout industry. I have played many a tennis match, and hit the gym in shoes just like these. They wrap, strap and have great traction. Customers find the shoes well-made. They are rated at a decent average of 4.1. Appreciated by workout enthusiast for the soft cushion sole, great value, and are considered a premium brand athletic shoe. Sturdy, dependable, functional sport shoes that provide ultimate comfort and durability for an active lifestyle. Perfect for tennis, or pickleball. The wide sizes and toe box keeps pressure off the sides of the feet and toes. You should always be able to wiggle your feet a bit, so be sure to order correct size. The Avia Avi-Verge Mens Sneakers - Cross Trainer are inexpensive, but will not last as long as a more specialized CrossFit training shoe. They do not have any mesh or breathable materials included in the construction, but I haven't heard any complaints about overheating in this shoe. For the price, they work quite well, and are worth consideration. Try your here: https://amzn.to/3Cn1fpc

  • New Balance Women's Nergize V3 Cross Trainer

Get yours here: https://amzn.to/4jp9YI5 Recently, I have seen the emergence of the New Balance Women's Nergize V3 Cross Trainer . It has become very popular and is being touted as a CrossFit trainer that is lightweight, comfortable, and cute, They are rated quite high with about a 4 rating. These shoes are a great value for the money. They are definitely lightweight and look very sleek and stylish. They come in many colors. Good for wide feet, and comfortable to wear. The shoes cushioning is good, but not like a top line CrossFit shoe, so I recommend short runs, and stick to CrossFit training. The shoe construction is as follows: DynaSoft midsole couples ultra-responsive performance with plush comfort Bio-based Foam Synthetic air mesh upper for stretch and breathability NB Memory Sole Comfort Insert offers plush feel with every step Rubber outsole in high traction areas for durability and performance The arch band on the top of the foot can be tight, especially, if you have a very high arch. Even-though, the shoe is well constructed, The shoe does seem to wear prematurely. In my opinion, this is due to the very lightweight materials. Regardless, the New Balance Women's Nergize V3 Cross Trainer is well worth your consideration. I would like to know what you think. Please comment. Get yours here: https://amzn.to/42rKjZb
